Pictures of Damian!

Hi everyone, we thought we'd go ahead and put up some more pictures from our home. We have taken quite a few pictures recently, and some of them were pretty cute, so here you go.

Also, another side note. Damain is getting his third tooth in. It just started coming in yesterday!

This is a picture of Damian in one of our suitcases getting ready to go on a little vacation.

This is a picture of Damian in his little Adidas visor. He's excited to wear this visor on our family trip to Moab.

This is a picture of Damian in his brand new booster seat. He likes to site with us when we eat, and demands that he eat what we are eating. He does quite a job at letting us know when he wants to eat more with all of the grunting he does.

Just some videos to show how fast these babies are growing... LIKE WEEDS... Trevan is sure getting active and we are so glad that Damian is right there learning all the new things they can together. Sweet, Another Video...

Alright, I figured out how to post to this blog using my own account, so now all my posts will come from my account instead of Dads.

No one seems to be posting lately, and I'm anxious to read some more stuff from everyone, but seeing as there is nothing new to read, I thought I'd go ahead and post a new video.

Damian just started to realized that he can jump in his jumper we have. So, we recorded him and thought we'd post his new adventures jumping. Hope everyone enjoys it.

Video Postings

Here is a video of Damian & Trevan. Sorry I didn't rip it from DVD at the quality I was hoping for, but I'm not sure how it will turn on out the web anyways. Hopefully this works. If this does work, you'll see some more video come soon, hopefully. I just have to rip the individual tracks from my DVDs created by our camcorder which isn't too hard. BTW, if anyone wants to know how to rip DVDs, such as this, to your computer, holla, I've got the software to do it.

Also, does anyone know actually how much stuff we can upload to this blog before it stops allowing us to post content? Or is the content actually unlimited?

Also, has anyone been using the labels/tags on their posts? I'm just trying to get used to this kind of stuff. Even though I've used a ton of blogs before, I've never really ever posted or created a blog, I am working on creating my own Blog software though.

[Update] Okay! So it looks like the video worked pretty well. I'm posting another one of Damian. This is one of him shortly after Christmas laughing with me and his little dog, which I call a teddy bear in the video. This is one of my favorite videos of him so far.

Great News

GREAT NEWS!!! Roger gets to go home tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday. Thanks for all your prayers. Here's a phone picture Cheryl sent me of his arm to show some of the bruising. We're glad he's doing so well and look forward to the next time we get to see them all.
***AN UPDATE!!! Cheryl is taking Roger home this morning (Thursday). We are all very happy that things have gone so well and he is going home. [posted by Dad]

Drew Harvey Family

Life is good at the Harvey household. We went to our last USU basketball game for the season. Drew is sad about it and is moping around a little bit. We don't know what we are going to do with all of our extra time now. As for me I am kind of glad the games are over. It is nice to have a free Saturday.

Damian is doing good. I am working really hard with him to get him to sit up, roll over, and stand up. He is already a stubborn little boy and refuses to do any of it. He just wants to lay on his back with all of his toys around him so he can reach them. He is eating like crazy. I can't seem to satisfy his hunger for very long. He wants to eat all the time, including anything that is in arms reach. Damian started talking a lot lately. He says "Da Da Da" all the time.

Need a Break

I'm in need of a break from this winter... whether it be on the Harley, or in the Jeep.

We have a trip planned for Moab, but not until May. The weather hasn't been cooperating enough to get the bike out much -- yes, I've had it out a time or two, and taken some short rides. Can't wait for some serious rock-crawling -- Pritchett Canyon this time around -- but hopefully no serious breakage! [posted by Dad]

Stowers Family

Just a short update on our family... We are doing well. Searching through all the real estate from Brigham City to South Ogden. We are hoping to be able to buy our first home shortly and have looked at EVERYTHING! Trevan is now 8 months old and is getting more and more fun everyday. He is trying so hard to crawl and has recently learned how to pull himself up from his bottom to a standing position. He is the light of our lives. We were talking the other day and trying to think what our life was like before he came to our home and we aren't exactly sure what we ever did for fun. He makes us laugh all the time and we couldn't be more grateful for anything. Brady is working hard and trying to get things ready to start a development here very shortly. He works a lot but when he is home he loves to play, laugh, and wrestle with Trev. Life is stressful sometimes, but we're always grateful our struggles are the ones they are. We couldn't be more pleased with the things we have learned since we have been married. Trevan is a perfect blessing that adds to a not so perfect life! We love you all! [posted by Chelsey]

The Beginning of Something Great

Here it is... all. Pretty simple and self-explanatory to use and post to, but I will field questions, should you have any. Post pics and such... keep us all up-to-date.

Speaking of up-to-date... Roger has been moved from ICU to his own deluxe hospital suite (okay, probably just a private room). This is all good news. He's black and blue from head to toe with all the poking, prodding, attaching of electrodes, and work they've done on him, but is dang happy to be alive. He says he's around for a long time -- not that easy to get rid of him.

Thanks again to all of you for the time yesterday. It is truly special when we all get together like that. Thanks for being willing to share with us and spend time together.
